  • What payment modes can be used while placing an order?
    There are multiple payment options customers can choose from before proceeding with order placement. These options include: net banking, debit/credit cards, other wallets, UPI, Two Extra Lives Cashbacks, E-gift vouchers and loyalty card payment.
  • What should I do if my payment has failed?
    In case of a failed transaction the amount is auto refunded the same day. However, it will be credited back to you as per the timelines shared by the bank/card policy.
  • My payment has been deducted but the order number has not been generated. What should I do?
    Ideally, in this situation, the amount will get auto refunded back to your account within the stipulated timelines as per your bank’s policy. However, if case of discrepancies you may write to us with the following details: your first and last name, the email ID from which you were trying to place the order; the date and amount of the transaction; name of your bank and the payment mode. Please add a screenshot of the payment confirmation in the email so it will be easier to validate the transaction.
  • What does opting for “Cash on Delivery” mean?
    We understand that you might want to pay for an order by cash. That's why we've got a very convenient option where you can pay at your doorstep before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. However, a nominal convenience fee will be charged for COD orders. This fee is non-refundable. Two Extra Lives reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the Convenience fee, COD charges, Platform Fee, Shipping Charges or Delivery Fee at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Two Extra Lives Customer(s) without prior notice.
  • Will I have to pay for any hidden costs like sales tax, OCTROI, etc.…?
    You should not be asked to pay anything extra for the order. Only whatever is mentioned on the invoice can be paid. Please let us know if you've been bothered otherwise.
  • Can I pay using International Currency?
    Yes, by using PayPal option at checkout page.
  • What if the amount got debited from my side but I did not receive an Order ID?
    We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but wouldn't have been received by us yet. Please send an email at support@twoextralives.com and we'll connect with you.
  • For Cash-on-Delivery orders, can I check the package before making a payment?
    Our courier person will hand over the package to you only once the payment has been made. Please do not accept any package if it is tampered.
  • How can I cancel an order I have placed?
    To cancel an order you have placed, simply log in to your account, go to your order history, find the order you wish to cancel, and follow the provided cancellation instructions. Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery. Note: This may not be applicable for certain logistics partner. You would see an option to cancel within 'My Orders' section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from'My Orders' section, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.
  • How do I create an account on TWO EXTRA LIVES?
    To create an account on TWO EXTRA LIVES, simply visit our website, click on the 'Sign Up' or 'Create Account' button, fill in the required information such as your name, email, and password, and follow the prompts to successfully register your account.
